Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. See the privacy policy for what is erased and what remains.
I did not get my sign-in link
Check your spam folder first. The link expires after one hour; ask for a new one from the sign-in screen. If nothing arrives, write to us.
Who can see my tasks?
Your personal tasks are visible to you alone. A task you assign to someone is visible only to the two of you. These rules are enforced by the database, not only by the interface.
Does Turn work offline?
Yes. You can read and change your tasks with no connection; everything is sent when the network comes back.
