Turn is a team task management app. By creating an account, you accept the terms below.

Turn is currently in testing. The service is provided free of charge, as is, and may change or stop without notice. Do not use it as the only place you keep information you cannot do without.

Your account

You must be 15 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for how your account is used.
An account is personal: do not share it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your content

Your tasks and your replies belong to you. We do not read them, do not exploit them and do not share them with anyone. They are visible only to the people concerned: the person a task is assigned to, and the person who requested it.

You remain responsible for what you write, in particular when you assign a task to someone or when you reply.

Acceptable use

You may not use Turn to:

harass, threaten or harm anyone;
distribute illegal content;
attempt to access other users' data or to bypass access rules;
disrupt the service, in particular through massive automated requests.

An account that breaks these rules may be suspended without notice.

Availability and liability

Turn is provided without any guarantee of availability or of being error-free. We cannot be held liable for data loss, service interruption, or the consequences of a task being forgotten or wrongly passed on.

We recommend that you do not entrust sensitive or critical information to Turn while the service is in its testing phase.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed. In case of a significant change, you will be informed in the app or by email.
