Turn is a team task management app. This page explains which data is collected, why, and how to delete it.

Data collected

Your email address, to create your account and sign you in.
Your first name, shown to the members of your team.
Your tasks and your replies, with their creation and completion dates.
The type of device you use (computer or phone), so we can offer to install the app.

No location data, no advertising identifier, no third-party tracker. The app shows no advertising.

Who can see what

A task is visible only to the person it is assigned to and to the person who requested it. No one else.
A manager does not see their team members' personal tasks: only the ones they requested themselves.
The leaderboard only exposes a first name, the level reached and a score. Never the content of tasks.
Statistics are strictly personal.

These rules are enforced by the database, not only by the interface.

Hosting

Data is stored by Supabase on servers located in the European Union (Ireland). The app is distributed by Vercel. Signing in may go through Apple or Google if you choose those providers.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. It is deleted when you delete your account.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It erases your profile, your personal tasks and your replies. The tasks you had assigned to other people stay with them, with no mention of your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to your data, its rectification, its portability or its erasure. Write to contact@turn.do.
